        MULTIDISCIPLINARY ARTISTE | PERFORMER | COACHING AND FACILITATING

      • Tristen ZiJuin

        Tristen ZiJuin is a multidisciplinary artiste, performer and coach. His practice largely explores movement and text as a transmediative form in the context of the theatre. He is the founder and artistic director of The Fever Kinetic - A theatre company focusing on physical and devised work.

        He has worked with a great deal of practitioners and companies including Sabera Shaik, Christopher Jacobs, The Masakini Theatre Company, Ana Woolf, Suhaili Micheline, Joe Hasham OAM, The Actors Studio Seni Teater Rakyat, Nicole Ann Thomas, Dato' Faridah Merican, Theatresauce and Anomalist Productions. His works have also premiered and been performed at the National Theatre [Istana budaya], The Damansara Performing Arts Centre, Oriental Heritage House, The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre, Studio Ramli Hassan, 10 Square Singapore and more.

        Known for his cutting and cerebral intensity, Tristen has been the recipient of the coveted BOH Cameronian Arts Awards and Mercedes Benz Award for Creative Excellence, which has earmarked him to be one emerging artist to look out for in Malaysia. Tristen is at heart - an artist, and believes that the expressive arts are key in cultivating astute minds.
